UKC 2024 Registration
Online Registration
Early registration is due by July 15th and will include a $200 discount.
We offer a 100% refund during early registration ONLY. During the regular and onsite registration, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Registration Fees and Discounts
Each oral or poster presenter is allowed to receive registration discounts, as shown on the chart above, and receive travel support up to $400 depending on the distance from your home address to the UKC location, as shown in Table 1.
Travel Reimbursement Policy
a. Reimbursement for your travel is provided up to the maximum amount based on a one-way Google map distance from your home address to the UKC venue, as shown below:

b. Reimbursement for driving a personal vehicle is calculated $0.50 per mile one-way up to the maximum amount indicated in the table above.
c. Reimbursement amount includes all travel costs (except for hotel lodging and meals), such as airfare, baggage fees, parking, subway, shuttle, taxi, Uber/Lyft, rental car, toll, personal vehicle, etc. Other expenses such as hotel tips will NOT be reimbursed.
Additional Notes:
Documented proof of travel is required.
An Individual who serves multiple roles must choose one role for reimbursement purposes.
KSEA membership for the 2024-2025 term is required to receive any level of support.
Not eligible if you receive any travel reimbursement from any other sources including your affiliated institution.
Reimbursement request must be submitted by 30 days after the email announcement of instruction for travel reimbursement.
Hotel support is up to half of the group-negotiated rate with Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport (from $129/night plus tax and service charge) if an outside hotel is used.
All meals must be purchased in advance through your UKC registration. You may be qualified for meal support depending upon your participation.
The max reimbursement amount is equal to the group rate although they stayed in the Hyatt hotel (from $129/per night plus tax and service charge)
